Challenge

Every brand, I'm sure, wants to stand out during Fashion Week in NYC. With intentions of luring audiences, several of the the brands' visuals convey their lifestyles, events or other information. At times these images are superimposed to entice the fashion forward. Cleaning teeth, removing blemishes and altering hair color isn't enough in these instances.

Solution

Digital compositing relies on a strong library of stock. Because artists' techniques and resources vary, results obviously differ as well. My experiences have permitted me to produce several composites ranging in depth.

Results

Arguably, we use creative retouching as an art form, today. Commercially, it's use is considered acceptable to create a dynamic in advertisement. Here, light flares and orbits have been added in addition to other generated elements. These applications have altered an overall atmosphere/ mood, supporting the argument, digital manipulation is more than correcting skin imperfections.
